What happens when my assignment ends?
Retaining talent is our number one priority! As a result, our recruiters and our regional managers evaluate new assignment possibilities a minimum of 60 days prior to a consultant’s current project end date. We will work diligently on our consultant’s behalf to ensure long-term employment if they are not extended at their current client site. Our consultants benefit greatly from this proactive approach to project reassignment and overall retention strategy.
